WET N' JOY AMUSEMENT PARK
THE BRIEF
A leading amusement park in Pune, Maharashtra (IN)
wanted to attract crowds during the low season.
They wanted to position the amusement park as a destination
where people can have fun and forget the trials and tribulations of the mundane life.
THE INSIGHT
We targeted the
CONTROVERSIAL FRUSTRATIONS OF THE DAILY LIFE.
Since the idea was to tell people to take a break from the routine,
we targeted the insight that everybody has frustrations buried in their mind.
Frustrations that they badly want to get out,
but cannot due to legal, moral and logical reasons.
We created a cheeky communication around these frustrations,
and positioned the amusement park as a destination
where they can take their frustrations out in fun and acceptable way.
THE CAMPAIGN
Copy was crafted considering specific rides to create a pun.
While the copy talked about a real-life controversial frustration,
the image completed the narrative in a way
that made the copy sound funny and completely normal.
